Position Overview

The role of the Food Services Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings comply with established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records regarding inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
