About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at TITO'S PIZZA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
    • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery.
  • Food Handling and Storage
    • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
    • Take customers' orders and provide excellent oral communication.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
    • Stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
    Requirements
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
    • Availability to work 35 hours per week.
