Senior Specialist II, Customer Demand Planning Expert

Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Customer Demand Planning is a key role in our supply chain team, responsible for driving end-to-end demand planning processes for strategic accounts. This includes forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for strategic accounts, leveraging historical sales data, market intelligence, and customer inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and minimize compliance charges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, aging, forecast accuracy, and inventory management to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process automation and best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning and forecasting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and support staff.
- Process improvement skills and experience with machine learning and big data techniques.
