Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Management Consultant to join our team at QAG Chartered Professional Accountant Prof. Corp. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work within an accounting firm, contributing to various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide insights on management practices and organizational structures.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Recommend enhancements to operational methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Design and implement plans for organizational restructuring.
  • Oversee and mentor staff members.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members.
  • Manage knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial expenditures.
  • Guide staff in creating and executing service quality assessment strategies.
  • Analyze financial documents to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The role involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) and Sage Accounting Software.
  • Familiarity with Xero and computerized bookkeeping systems.
