Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Management Consultant to join our team at QAG Chartered Professional Accountant Prof. Corp.. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work within an accounting firm setting, contributing to various managerial and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and offer recommendations on management techniques and organizational structures.
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing managerial policies and programs.
  • Suggest enhancements to operational methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Design and implement re-organization strategies for operations.
  • Oversee and mentor staff members.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members.
  • Manage knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.
  • Guide and support staff in developing and executing service quality assessment strategies.
  • Analyze financial documents to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The role includes supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
