Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality department, implementing and maintaining quality and document control systems, and ensuring that all products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the quality department: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality team to ensure that all quality-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain quality and document control systems: Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure product quality: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans: Identify and address quality issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure that quality-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality training programs: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics: Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role: Proven track record of managing quality teams and implementing quality systems.
  • Six Sigma certification: Black belt or higher certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in quality management software: Experience with quality management software and tools.
