Job Summary

As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and sample incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review receiving documents and report any quality issues to management.
  • Assist in product disposition and maintain relevant quality documents in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Perform pre-production and post-production daily audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and release finished products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain the quarantine zone, handling and rejecting expired materials, and organizing materials pending quality disposition or destruction.

Requirements

  • AEC in Pharmaceutical Production Technology or Bachelor of Science.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Health Canada's current GMPs is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French (oral and written).
  • Attention to detail and accountability for work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) required.
  • Knowledge of Syspro/Master Control an asset.
