Front-End Angular Engineer

Position: Angular Developer
Location: Remote or Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Oracle Sales and Service PAAS.
- Offer expertise in Angular development aligned with eCRM composable solutions, utilizing prebuilt components and enhancing them.
- Modify existing Angular applications or develop new code following approved design specifications and best practices to ensure optimal quality and performance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and document the technical design for applications.
- Manage software releases across multiple development streams and oversee various tier deployment environments.
- Conduct full application upgrades and patches within a comprehensive stack environment.
- Provide estimates and timelines for complex new development initiatives and application upgrades.
- Develop APIs and Web Services with clear, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Create code for multiple tier deployment environments (Development, Quality Assurance, Staging, and Production).
- Deliver high-quality software as part of a composable solution for eCRM, leveraging Angular, Mulesoft, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and Oracle Fusion Cloud while adhering to Agile-Iterative methodologies.
- Diagnose and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues in an integrated environment.
- Follow a continuous delivery pipeline utilizing GIT for source control management and MS Azure DevOps Pipeline.
- Participate in the implementation and integration with the Government Standard Enterprise Integration Platform.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Government.
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience as an Angular Developer in a complex environment (covering front end, middle, and back end).
- Experience in writing well-designed, tested code deployed in a production setting.
- Proficient in developing or supporting web applications.
- Expertise in Angular web applications using the Reactive programming model.
- Familiarity with existing and emerging software development tools, frameworks, and languages.
- Knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and tools.
- Experience with open-source frameworks for creating microservices.
- Track record of delivering complex system development projects from design to release.
- Adept at evaluating risks and anticipating potential challenges.
- Ability to contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Collaborate closely with team members to provide accurate delivery estimates and manage transitions from analysis to design and delivery.
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in delivering solutions using:
- Angular;
- HTML, JSON;
- CSS, SASS;
- Microsoft Graph or SharePoint.
- Strong critical reasoning abilities.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps and managing its boards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with government organizations.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with automation servers and CI using tools such as MS Azure DevOps Pipeline and Git.
- Experience with Mulesoft.
