Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, showcasing your knowledge of our wines and products.
  • Assist with tasting room duties, including pouring wine samples, serving food, maintaining wine and merchandise levels, and promoting our wine club.
  • Help the team meet sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and making wine recommendations.
  • Participate in daily closing procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 19 years of age.
  • Possess a Serving It Right certificate.
  • Have a passion for people, wine, food, and the hospitality industry.
  • Be detail-oriented, a multitasker, and have a strong work ethic, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit a courteous, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Be available to work weekends throughout the season.
