Job Title: Food Services Manager

Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, and ensuring the health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Type of Services: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload, and overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
