Job Title: Food Services Manager

Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.

Job Summary:

The Food Services Manager will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. This includes balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and related forms. The successful candidate will also conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews

  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in food services management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
