Our modern facility fosters teamwork and support, with a dedicated staff including a Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacist. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient roster within a thriving healthcare environment.
We are fully integrated with other primary care sites in the Central Zone, providing a dynamic platform for professional growth and learning. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality care and health education to our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and medical history assessments
- Provide expert health advice, disease prevention strategies, and timely referrals
- Serve as a dedicated patient advocate and administer treatments effectively
- Collaborate seamlessly with medical practitioners to ensure holistic patient care
This full-time position offers competitive compensation based on the Longitudinal Family Medicine model. We are dedicated to supporting your professional development and success.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Eligibility for licensure with CPSNS
- CFPC certification is preferred
- Membership with CMPA
