Maintenance Painter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Painter to join our team at 4C SERVICES INC. As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise customers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- 3 years of experience in painting and surface preparation.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
