Maintenance Painter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Painter to join our team at 4C SERVICES INC. As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding
- Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
- Advise customers on colors and choice of wall coverings
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
- Estimate costs and materials
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
