About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and providing feedback for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Supervision: Manage a team of more than 20 people.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong focus on results.
