Job Title: IT Development Manager

CRC Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to lead our team of systems analysts, programmers, and computer technicians in the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign IT projects to team members and coordinate their work to ensure timely completion.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for IT projects.
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Conduct software testing and ensure that all IT systems meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with software development and testing.
