Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Zedd Architecture Inc is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and development of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction
  • Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design plans
  • Construct and display architectural models to communicate design concepts
  • Assist in the design development process, including researching and testing new materials and technologies
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders
  • Implement marketing activities to promote our services and projects
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as architectural technology or building science
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Punctual and reliable
