Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At CNH Industrial, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with crop production, harvesting, and application equipment within the CNH product portfolio.
  • Utilize mechanical and electronic test equipment to interpret fault codes and operating parameters.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical publications teams to develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in agricultural equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in agricultural equipment and technology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with agricultural equipment and systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
