Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of standard and ad-hoc analytics to identify and quantify payer opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement market access strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of analytical talent, develop analytical capabilities, and enable organizational learning.
  • Ensure alignment of analytical insights with the broader commercial goals of each brand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of market research and analytics professional experience, including experience in the healthcare industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in people management.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to distill complex information into concise and impactful messages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Strong working knowledge of syndicated pharmaceutical data sources, including formulary data sources and claims data sources.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience and subject matter expertise with Health Plans, PBMs, Hospital Systems, Specialty Pharmacies, and Healthcare Policy stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical marketing analytics experience.
  • Oncology knowledge.
