Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing thorough automated testing strategies for our software applications. Your efforts will enhance the reliability and performance of our software, ensuring that we deliver exceptional products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed automated test plans and cases across all software solutions, ensuring extensive coverage and validation of functionalities.
  • Identify, document, and manage software defects, facilitating prompt resolution of issues.
  • Engage in code reviews to offer insights on testing capabilities and uphold code quality standards.
  • Maintain and refine automated testing scripts utilizing tools such as PyTest or NUnit to boost testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Provide consistent updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to the QA Team Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools and frameworks, including PyTest and NUnit.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies, such as TeamCity and Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback on testing capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB or CSTE, are advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
