Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AEON Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and report preparation
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Track and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software, and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
