We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at McCain Foods in Florenceville-Bristol, NB. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency
- Fully licensed industrial mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
