Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (French) Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing onboarding training and technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and configuring reports in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding training and technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Configure reports in Excel
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French) - read, write, speak, and train in both French and English
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in a Training, Technical Service, or Support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts between Monday-Friday, 8 am-9 pm (Atlantic Time), based on customer needs
