KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage accounts receivable collections and follow-ups
  • Perform data entry and invoicing related to accounts receivable
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as needed
  • Execute full-cycle accounts receivable processes
  • Generate weekly accounts receivable reports
  • Undertake additional related tasks as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant diploma in accounting or finance
  • Detail-oriented with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Quick learner with the capability to adapt to new software systems
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as ACCPAC is an asset
