Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
- Authorize merchandise returns to maintain inventory integrity.
- Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure product availability.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve operational goals.
Focus on retail store management within the culinary sector.
Work Environment- Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail.
- Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, and occasional bending or kneeling.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and organizational skills.
- Dependable team player with a capacity to multitask effectively.
Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
