- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support workers in the group.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their technical needs and concerns.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient, honest, and a team player.
