About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting our quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their full potential.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
