As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Support the sales team in achieving their sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
