Job Title: Executive Director of Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Insurance Outsourcing Services team with oversight of 100 associates.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
  • Exercise significant influence and visibility among executives and clients on matters of great importance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or a related field.
  • ~10+ years of relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution.
  • ~ Prior substantive management/supervisory experience is required.
  • ~ Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and ability to generate business/sales ideas.
  • ~ Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services.
