Position Overview:
East of England Ambulance Service is in search of a Secretary to assist the All Women EEAST (AWE) Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and accessible information for the network across various platforms.
- Coordinate online and internal information, working in collaboration with IT colleagues as required.
- Keep an updated record of group members to ensure effective communication of information.
- Work alongside the Chairperson to plan and organize annual gatherings.
- Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the Chairperson.
- Manage meeting invitations and document the minutes of meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all meetings and follow up on outstanding actions.
