Job Title: Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at C&G PAINTING & DECORATING. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing tile surfaces in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as needed.
  • Set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings.
  • Grout and seal tile joints.
  • Remove and replace damaged or cracked tiles.
  • Supervise and train other workers as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile installation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a variety of environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Exposure to dust, odors, and other environmental hazards.
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
