About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Execution and Support: Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees are completed and that they have the necessary support to do so.
  • Customer Service Quality: Maintain high-quality customer service standards in the store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
  • Product Display and Inventory Management: Supervise the selection of products for display and ensure that the store's inventory is well-maintained and organized.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, staying up-to-date on the latest sales trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education: A diploma from a college or university.
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years of experience as a team leader or assistant manager in a retail environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the musical instrument industry and cultural domain.
  • Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
