About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning to join our team. As a key member of our corporate planning function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our annual corporate and group business plans, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
  • Help build and maintain a business performance framework, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to senior management.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of our corporate strategy by monitoring and researching changes in our investment environment.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of our strategic annual offsites, including the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership meetings.
  • Support special strategy projects and additional team priorities as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Considered assets: relevant work experience, master's degree or MBA in a relevant field, relevant certifications.
  • Strong ability to structure, organize, and communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
