About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at MDR Transportation Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
  • Technology: Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and other software applications as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
