About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
  • Lawn and Garden Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a clean and well-maintained outdoor space.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure a safe and accessible workspace.
