Concrete Form Setter

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Arthur Sivret et Fils Ltee as a Concrete Form Setter. This is a temporary position that requires the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
- Erecting and Dismantling Forms: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mixing and Pouring Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
- Leveling Earth: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable work site.
- Cleaning and Piling Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work site.
- Responding to Spills: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to prevent environmental hazards.
- Maintaining Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure they are in good working order.
- Assisting Tradespersons: Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Filling Moulds: Fill moulds with concrete to meet project specifications.
This position requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions, including at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments. The work site will be a construction site, and the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
