Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Utilize our iPad tools to research and communicate product information to customers, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
  • Manage customer flow, using our systems to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their expectations and needs to provide a memorable experience.
  • Strive to identify the perfect gown or dress for customers within their first three try-ons.
  • Review and set future appointments, following up with customers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communicate the importance of alterations in perfecting the dress for special occasions, promoting our services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and promotional-ready environment.
  • Offer our loyalty and partners program to customers, supporting their shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
  • Prior experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.
