Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Assurance Home Care Inc. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Personal Care Attendant will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in personal care or a related field
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
