About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Structural Precast in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet all targets and requirements
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, adapting project plans to evolving needs and obstacles
  • Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Structural Concrete Pre-Cast or Construction PM
  • Excellent time management and calendar management while keeping stakeholders in the know
  • Project lifecycle from start to finish includes relations profitability and schedule adherence
  • Strong multitasker in dynamic work environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
