About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the activities of a team of union employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume all human resources management responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality support to production teams
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and share best practices
  • Assume continuous improvement using problem management solutions
  • Use leadership role to promote Bombardier Aeronautic's values and vision
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in quality assurance, project management, problem solving, and/or continuous improvement
  • Excellent management skills
  • Ability to show good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented, and comfortable with tight delivery times
  • Great sense of initiative and ability to work with a winning team
  • Good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge
  • Definite talent for communication and leadership
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset)
