Reporting directly to the department head, your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate production operations to align with established timelines. This role encompasses the creation of production schedules, management of project timelines, and coordination of cross-departmental production efforts.

  • Develop comprehensive production strategies for short, medium, and long-term objectives, taking into account delivery timelines, capacity limitations, resource availability, and scheduling constraints.
  • Oversee ongoing projects to identify potential resource excesses or shortages and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Engage with technical teams, supervisors, and production staff to ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Adjust production strategies as necessary and relay updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish methodologies, tools, and performance metrics to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Execute additional related tasks to facilitate project success.

Requirements:
