About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks related to landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist experienced landscapers with the construction of landscapes, including the installation of plants, trees, and other features.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that plants are properly tied and secured to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Regularly inspect and maintain trees and plants to ensure they are healthy and well-maintained.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain lawns and other grassed areas by cutting and trimming as needed.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the transportation and distribution of topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Apply fertilizers to plants and trees as needed to promote healthy growth.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Regularly water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they are healthy and well-maintained.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Operate and maintain equipment used for landscape maintenance, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
