Your Role as a Senior Process Architect

As a Senior Process Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex technological implementations. You will:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to client teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Execute deliverables outlined in project requests, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within our team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project success and ensure seamless integration with client workflows.
  • Adhere to established guidelines, principles, and best practices within the client's operational framework.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • 8+ years of proven expertise in operational process analysis within technology implementation and management contexts.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects involving diverse stakeholders from multiple business units and service providers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying operational process modeling techniques, desktop support methodologies, or ITIL processes within cloud computing environments, adhering to DevSecOps principles.
