Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Rendezvous Restaurants of Fort Frances Limited. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Support Services: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Support for Veterans: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.

Working Conditions: Permanent, 40 hours per week, English language, Anglais.
