About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Everyday Wireless. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide advice on products.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist in displaying merchandise.
  • Advising and Promoting: Provide advice on merchandise, advertise and promote products, and estimate or quote prices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and provide data for management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on customer service and sales skills.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
