Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bluebird Cafe & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen workflows to meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
- Monitor and maintain our kitchen's cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, including inventory levels, sales data, and staff performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate our kitchen staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
