Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bluebird Cafe & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that our kitchen operations are efficient and cost-effective.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality food.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
Quality ControlImplement quality control measures to ensure that all food prepared in our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets to ensure that our kitchen operations are financially sustainable and profitable.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work ExperienceAt least 7 months of experience in a kitchen management role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
