Food Service Manager

Join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads as a Food Service Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway Sandwiches & Salads, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet tight deadlines and high customer expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
