Our client is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for a store specializing in children's clothing and goods. This role involves managing sales operations, supervising staff, and promoting eco-friendly shopping practices. We are looking for candidates holding an open work permit in Canada, whose leadership will enhance our team's ability to deliver outstanding customer service and support our store's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage sales personnel and cashiers to ensure smooth and customer-oriented operations.
  • Delegate tasks and develop work schedules for sales associates to guarantee optimal service coverage.
  • Authorize payment transactions and oversee merchandise returns in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Engage directly with customers, presenting products and fostering positive shopping experiences.
  • Address challenges such as customer inquiries and inventory shortages to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of store items and proactively initiate orders for new merchandise.

Qualifications:
