To add to the dynamism of our technology department, we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Your Role

Reporting to the IT Director, the IT Support Specialist ensures the smooth operation of computer systems and software. This includes installing, configuring, upgrading, and evolving hardware and software components, including workstations, servers, printers, and providing technical support to users.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user requests by providing a quick and courteous first point of contact (in person or via remote tools for problem-solving)

  • Diagnose and resolve issues or redirect requests to the appropriate service for more complex problems.

  • Prepare, install, and configure workstations, servers, equipment, and software.

  • Administer, maintain, and configure Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, including Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

  • Ensure the maintenance, administration, and security of systems and applications.

  • Prepare technical documents, procedures, user manuals, and work methods.

  • Participate in various technological innovation projects.

What We're Looking for in Our Future Team Member

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in user support
  • Diploma in Computer Science (DEC or AEC) or related field
  • Experience with network installation and administration, or security
  • 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in implementing and configuring Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
  • At least 1 year of technical experience in Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, SQL, etc)
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and local business network components
  • Knowledge of virtualization with VMware, a plus
  • Knowledge of scripting languages: PowerShell and Command shell, a plus
  • Excellent French and the ability to read and communicate in English (oral and written)
